Yesterday was our last day in Rome.
I spent the morning shopping and packing.
Paolo and I walked to the Piazza Navona where we had our last porchetta panini. SIGH
We grabbed a cab to the Borghese gallery to fill our souls with the wonders of artictic creation.
Nancy took off to do some more shopping while Paolo, Sandra, and I wandered the gardens.
Down in the Piazza Popolo we decided to sit and have a drink while the crowds wandered by.
Such a civilized way to end a vacation in Italy!

It was. We were so lucky to be able to finish the trip while visiting with our friend Sandra.
