We are having our usual St. Patrick's Day feast this evening.
Our menu rarely changes from year to year although I do play with appetizers and dessert. Here is this year's feast:
- mini stuffed baked potatoes
- cashel blue cheese shortbread
- irish cheddar cookies
- glazed corned beef
- honey roasted carrots
- roasted brussels sprouts
- Irish apple shortbread tart
If I have time I'll try to find an interesting sounding martini for the cocktail hour. :-)
