Words just don't describe, and pictures don't do justice... it was an amazing experience. I am glad I got to share it with y'all.

And~ thanks for floating me the 200euro till I could get my purse. If not for you I would still be slopping the pigs and feeding the chickens.

Barb Cabot

Jerry, for most people (if they are lucky enuf) this is a once in a lifetime experience. The icing on the cake was that you were able to do this with friends. Sandi's comments made me laugh..."slopping pigs and feeding chickens"

Wow, that sounds like such a wonderful experience, Jerry. What a way to see the Tuscan countryside!

Sandi - somehow I can't picture you slopping the pigs. Were there pigs? LOL

Barb - that is so very true!

Sandra - it really provided a different perspective. It was neat to see from the air the way thousands of years of activity had had an impact on the land (as compared to the lovely, neat, and tidy rows you see in North America!)

Tuscany from the sky is a memory that will stay with you forever. And Robert is simply the best!

I agree with you Gail. One though - you're the best too!
