I keep wanting to try this but always end up making her citrus-glazed polenta cake instead. This looks so yummy!

Oh, this was one of my favorites from Sunday Slow Bakers! And, for some reason I haven't made it since - must remedy that soon... thanks for reminding me how good it is.


Now you have me craving THAT girasoli! Thanks LOL

Furrny how that happens isn't it Krista. Thank goodness zucchini are still plentiful (then again, when aren't they?)
