Your Paella looks great! We had a lemon aioli with ours, per Bobby Flay's recipe. I loved that addition, and the aioli would be good on so many other things.


Wow, love the looks and sounds of this one...we make paella in the summers out on the grill to hold that very big pan. It's time to get that pan out. Want to give your recipe a whirl as it is different than mine, in choice of proteins and veggies. Thanks!


It was a great treat (even if the picture isn't so good). Paul ate the leftovers all week while I was away. *smile*
