Photo Hunt - Hot

This week's Photo Hunt theme is 'hot'. I note that next week is Flash . . . Hot Flash . . . Sandi, Sandi, Sandi.

It's been record breaking hot here the past week. My friend Palma, who lives in Palm Desert, had no sympathy for me though - she needs to wear oven mitts to drive her car at this time of year!

This is the pizza oven owned by the Full of Life Flatbread restaurant in Los Olivos, California. They catered the party we attended in Santa Barbara wine country in February. This oven gets up to 700 degrees and cooks an amazing pizza in minutes.

I'd like one of these . . .

Actually, I'd like one of those wonderful pizzas too! MMMMM

I guess I'm here. That fire does look hot a few people I know cooks on a wood stove. A wood stove is sure is expensive.
But when I first saw the fire I thought of smores...Thanks for stopping in and the coffee is on.

Would love to have one of those pizzas, but after the record breaking heat we had here this past I'm not so keen on the oven part. :) Happy much cooler (thank goodness) weekend and happy photo hunting :)

Super hot here in NC this past week too. Can't complain too much because we had a wonderful spring! Let's hope the heat doesn't get too bad. Hope you're having a great summer!
