I have been to PF Changs in Seattle, many times, but somehow I missed this dish.


"Set your mouth on fire" does not sound like something I could handle, but the looks of that dish has me tempted to try...I've never had that at PFChang's, but Matt likes spicy so maybe I can venture forth when he is with us next...it looks delicious.


Bellini - it is one we order all of the time. Did you know that there was a PF Changs in Toronto now? I haven't been - it is a US thing for us. :-)

The PF Changs version isn't full-on Sichuan Kayte. It's Sichuan for the North American palette. You should give it a try.

Hmmm -all of this chatter about PF Changs has me craving a visit.We are in the US for a shopping trip next week, hmmmmmmm
