Baked or lovingly stirred risotto is the best.


I remember when I made a baked risotto dish for my Donna Hay group and you commented about baking that risotto...now are you a believer? Not quite the same, but definitely on a busy weeknight, something that has it's following! This looks wonderful. Have. To. Get. That. Book. Soon. Great photo of it.

Still not a complete believer Kayte - it wasn't quite the same.Don't get me wrong, it was very tasty and for a busy weeknight meal it was perfect! I think if I was free of work and had plenty of time I'd still do it the stir . . .stir . . .stir method.:-)
