I'm still digging through those old photos I've discovered tucked away on CDs so while Sandi is relaxing on Malta I'm 'heading' to California . . . if only in photos.
We flew into San Francisco where we stayed for a quick visit prior to heading up to Sonoma where we rented a lovely house in the middle of the redwoods. We wandered about visiting wineries in Napa and Sonoma, did some shopping, hiking, went on an art studio tour, and enjoyed a cooking class at the famous Ramekins where we learned to make authentic Thai foods. After that FULL week we headed slowly back down the coast for a final day or two in San Francisco before heading back home to reality.
