Yum! A co-worker gave me a sack of plums last week and I made my first ever clafoutis for dessert. No one had any idea what I was making and it sounded very exotic so it was a big hit! My other half loves raspberries so I'll have to try your recipe. Thanks for sharing! Stacy


Yes, raspberries look wonderful in that. And you don't have to worry about pits! But I still would have put a tiny bit of almond in it! :-) Beautiful photo of it all.

Now you have me wondering about that almond flavouring with the raspberries Kayte. I shall have to do some more cooking I think . . .
