Thanks for sharing this Jerry....a friend just gave me a whole monkfish, and I had no idea what to do with it! Now I know, thanks to you and Jamie!

Barb - those a refriends to have! Our monkfish (just a large fillet) cost $ 10! The recipe calls for black olives but I was confused and didn't have any. ARGH I used green and it tasted good.
